Nondiscrimination Policy

Our community shall grow to include millions of people from virtually every country on the globe. It is an incredibly diverse community, drawing together individuals of different cultures, values, and norms.
Inclusion – We welcome guests of all backgrounds with authentic hospitality and open minds. Joining Travel Pala, as a host or guest, means becoming part of a community of inclusion. Bias, prejudice, racism, and hatred have no place on our platform or in our community.
Respect – We are respectful of each other in our interactions and encounters. Travel Pala appreciates that local laws and cultural norms vary around the world and expects hosts and guests to abide by local laws, and to engage with each other respectfully, even when views may not reflect their beliefs or upbringings.
Hosts may not:
Decline a guest based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or marital status.
Impose any different terms or conditions based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or marital status.
Post any listing or make any statement that discourages or indicates a preference for or against any guest on account of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or marital status.
Hosts should make every effort to be welcoming to guests of all backgrounds. Hosts who demonstrate a pattern of rejecting guests from a protected class (even while articulating legitimate reasons), undermine the strength of our community by making potential guests feel unwelcome, and Travel Pala may suspend hosts who have demonstrated such a pattern from the Travel Pala platform.
Payments Terms of Service
We process online payments and cash payments for bookings. Guests upon making reservations shall be advised on the payment methods that’s available for them and they can send admins a special request for change of payment method which shall be approved if it’s available. When you request to book a Listing, Travel Pala Payments shall charge and authorize your Payment Method a nominal amount, to verify your Payment Method, authenticate your account via a third-party payment service provider to verify your Payment Method.
If a requested booking is cancelled either because it is not accepted by the Host or you cancel the booking request before it is accepted by the Host, any amounts collected by Travel Pala Payments will be refunded to you, and any pre-authorization of your Payment Method will be released (if applicable). The timing to receive the refund or for the pre-authorization to be released will vary based on the Payment Method and any applicable payment system (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, etc.) rules.
Travel Pala Payments may charge fees for use of certain Payment Services, for booking fees and any applicable fees which may disclosed to Members via the Travel Pala Platform
Host shall receive their payouts before or within 24hrs after guest checks in depending on your location. Payout for a booking will be the Listing Fee less applicable Host Fees and the amounts may be rounded up or down. In the event of a Guest’s cancellation of a confirmed booking, Travel Pala Payments will remit a Payout of any portion of the Total Fees due to you under the applicable cancellation policy. The time it takes to receive Payouts once released by Travel Pala Payments may depend upon the Payout Method you select and the Payout Method provider’s processing schedule. Travel Pala Payments may delay or cancel any Payout for purposes of preventing unlawful activity or fraud, risk assessment, security, or investigation.
Host Guarantee

Travel Pala agrees to pay you, as a Host, but does not guarantee to repair or replace your Covered Property damaged or destroyed as a result of a Loss.

Guest Refund

Any refunds or credits due to a Member pursuant to the Travel Pala TERMS, Extenuating circumstances policy, Guest refund policy, experiences will be initiated and remitted by Travel Pala Payments in accordance with these Payments Terms.
